At Rocket Dog, we want you to love your new shoes, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Choose your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label and a packing slip to include inside your box.
Pack and Ship
Place your unworn shoes in their original Rocket Dog box and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
